Short, because the model is simple: piko sells one-off lifespans. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel — and if a page let you down, we would rather refund it than argue about it.

01Nothing to cancel

Every paid lifespan — a week, a month, a year — is a single payment. There is no subscription, no stored card charged again, and no renewal that catches you by surprise. When a term is nearly up we email you; if you do nothing, the page simply ends.

02If it didn't do its job

Email hi@piko.so with the address of the page within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund it in full — no form, no reason required. If the page was broken, unreachable, or not what piko promised, the 14 days don’t apply: tell us whenever you notice and we’ll make it right.

03What happens to the page

A refunded term ends the paid lifespan. The page goes quiet at its address the way any ended page does, and the address goes back into circulation. Your signups stay exportable until then, so ask before you refund if you still need them.

04Anything else

If something about a charge looks wrong — a duplicate, an amount you don’t recognise, tax you didn’t expect — write to us first rather than to your bank. It is faster, and a person reads it: hi@piko.so.
